By creating an account, accessing, or using CryptoContract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
CryptoContract provides a platform that allows users to generate legally structured contracts from blockchain transaction data. Our Service includes:
- Automatic blockchain transaction data fetching
- Contract template generation and customization
- Export of contracts in various formats (PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG)
- Contract management and storage (for paid plans)
- API access (for Lifetime plan users)
We provide contract templates and document generation tools. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The contracts generated are templates that should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for your specific situation.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Plans: We offer Starter (free), Pro (monthly subscription), and Lifetime (one-time payment) plans. Features and limitations vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.
4.2 Payment: For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis (Pro) or as a one-time payment (Lifetime). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
4.3 Automatic Renewal: Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4.4 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Generate contracts that violate third-party rights or contain fraudulent information
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
- Use the Service to generate contracts for transactions you are not authorized to document
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to templates, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CryptoContract or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of contracts you generate using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your contracts solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.3 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1 No Legal Advice: CryptoContract provides contract templates and document generation tools. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The contracts generated are templates that may need customization for your specific situation. You should consult with a qualified attorney before using any contract for legal purposes.
7.2 No Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOCONTRACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
7.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and only collect data necessary to provide the Service. We do not store your private keys, wallet addresses, or sensitive personal information beyond what is required for account management.
We use publicly available blockchain data retrieved via transaction hashes. All data processing is done securely, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
9. Termination
9.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription (for paid plans) or by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features, but downloaded contracts remain yours.
9.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoContract, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CryptoContract regarding the Service.
14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
